PERFORMANCE & RECOVERY
Two specialists co-located in the Fortitude space. Performance-focused physical therapy, dry needling, and manual therapy — for the people doing the work.
THE HUB
Most gyms send you down the road to find the therapist. Most therapists don't know your gym.
Fortitude is different. Ryan and Jaime work out of the same space. They know how we train. They know what the standard looks like.
Recovery isn't separate from training. It's part of it. Having performance-focused PT and recovery work under the same roof means continuity — for the athlete coming back from injury, the lifter pushing PRs, or anyone training to stay capable for the long haul.
Train hard. Recover smart. Same place. Same standard.
BE READY PERFORMANCE & PHYSIO

Doctor of Physical Therapy
Ryan Stemple, PT, DPT, CSCS, is a hybrid physical therapist and performance coach born and raised in Southwest Montana. With a background in multisport athletics and a deep appreciation for what the human body can do, Ryan blends rehab, strength and conditioning, and movement science to help people stay active and perform at their best. His approach is active, intentional, and built around helping athletes understand their bodies so they can train and perform with confidence.
At Fortitude Fitness, Ryan serves as the inhouse physical therapist and leads The Power Lab, a performance training program for youth, high school, and competitive athletes. He specializes in speed, power, and durability development, as well as guiding athletes through the transition from rehab back to highlevel performance. Whether working with an athlete returning from injury or someone looking to elevate their game,
Ryan’s mission is simple: build resilient, capable athletes who are ready for whatever their sport (or life) demands.
