1-ON-1 COACHING

Built Around You. Coached by Kat.

Private training that meets you where you are and adjusts as you change. Your goals, your timeline, your plan.

WHO IT'S FOR

Privates Aren't For Everyone. They're For You If...

Returning From Injury

You need eyes on every rep. Group class is too fast and too loud right now. Privates give you the space to rebuild without the noise.

Training For a Goal

A specific event, sport, or test. The work has to be designed for it. Generic programming won't get you there.

Schedule Won't Cooperate

Group times don't fit your week. Mornings before sunrise. Evenings after the kids are down. We'll find time.

Want Focused Attention

You learn faster with one set of eyes on you. Sometimes you just want the coach for an hour. That's valid.

HOW IT WORKS

A System, Not a Workout List.

01

Assess

First session, movement screen, goals conversation, baseline metrics. This is where the plan starts.

02

Plan

Develop a program designed around what we found. Specific to your goals, your body, your schedule.

03

Train

Coached sessions, week over week. Effort scales as you adapt. Form gets sharper before load goes up.

04

Reassess

Every 4-6 weeks, are we moving? What's working, what isn't, what's next. The plan evolves with you.

YOUR COACH

Coached by Someone Who Does the Work.

"My job is to meet you where you are and help you become what you're capable of."

Kat

I'm Kat. I own Fortitude, and I coach every session, which means if you train here, we're going to know each other. Not in a small-talk way. I'll know your name, what you're working on, what's going on in your life, and what you're trying to build. That's the job, and it's most of why I do it.

I'm an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer with years of experience programming for real people, athletes prepping for a season, members rebuilding after injury, parents trying to feel like themselves again. The certification is the foundation. What I bring on top of it is the work itself: I train the way I coach, and I coach the way I train.

I built Fortitude because I was tired of fitness culture that sells image over capability. I wanted a place where the standard is honest, where effort earns belonging, and where the people meeting that standard actually look out for each other.

The body and the mind aren't separate, and I don't coach them like they are. The discipline transfers. The confidence transfers. The way you show up here is the way you start showing up everywhere else. My job isn't to change how you look, it's to walk alongside you while you become a more capable human.

I'm going to push you. Hard. I'll ask more of you than you think you have, because I've coached enough people through over the years to know they almost always have it. But I'm not the kind of coach who barks. We'll laugh. We'll have fun. I'll celebrate the wins with you, and I'll be there on the hard days, the ones inside the gym and the ones outside it. That's what this place is. The work is the work. The community is the point.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before You Book.

How much do private sessions cost?

Pricing is discussed in your free consultation based on your goals, frequency, and package length.

How long is a session?

60 minutes. Includes warm-up, the work, and cool-down. We don't run over.

How often should I train privately?

Most clients do one to three sessions a week, sometimes paired with group classes. We'll figure out the right cadence in the consultation.

Can I combine privates with group classes?

Yes — and most people do once they're comfortable. The privates sharpen what the group sessions stress-test.

What's a consultation actually like?

Thirty minutes, no charge. We talk about what you want, what's gotten in the way, and what a plan would look like. You leave with clarity, not a contract.

Are you taking new clients?

Yes — slots are limited but available. The consultation is the gate.
