THE SESSION
Warm-up · 10 min
Specific to the day's work. Joints, posture, intent. No skipping.
40-45 min
Effort scales to your level. Intensity is yours to own. Strength, conditioning, & mobility.
Cool-down · 5-10 min
Mobility, breathing, recovery. The day doesn't end at the buzzer.

No. Every workout scales to your ability. You'll be coached through every movement. The only people who care if you struggle are the ones cheering you on.
Yes — but tell us upfront. We'll modify movements around it. The goal is to build you up, not aggravate what's already there.
Athletic clothes you can move in. Cross-training shoes or flat-soled sneakers (no thick running soles). Bring water. That's it.
Three days a week is the sweet spot for most people starting out. Four or five if you're already conditioned. Recovery matters as much as the work.
No. We don't run trials. Everyone starts with a free intro to make sure it's the right fit — yours and ours.
